• Co-led the development of the national student trips initiative, taking the Israel Trek concept and nationalizing it as a not-for-profit startup venture. Built and secured a five-year strategic plan covering global and national recruitment, sustainability, a $20 million budget, programming, partnerships and organizational structure. The initiative merged into iTrek.org in 2015
• Researched, analyzed and recommended required initiatives to penetrate the graduate student market in the MPP/MPA/Law programs to better stimulate an increase in peer-to-peer, student-led trips to Israel. Efforts resulted in the recruitment of 50 top-tier global schools and 2,000 students visiting Israel in 2018-2019.
